½ bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 package of Boursin cheese (We used Garlic & Fine Herbs, but any flavor would work!)
1 egg
½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
All-purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
Trim the ends of the asparagus, and grate the parmesan cheese, and set aside
Place a little flour on a baking mat and roll out the puff pastry dough
Lightly grease your stainless steel jelly roll pan, and place the puff pastry dough on it
Use a sharp knife to score the puff pastry and create a 1 inch border
Spread the Boursin cheese on the puff pastry dough, then add the asparagus
Top with grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper
Create an egg wash by mixing one egg with some water, and brush along the border
Bake for roughly 28-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
