Vegetable of choice
Butter
Salt
Juice of ½ of a lemon

In your stainless steel saute pan, cook your vegetable of choice with butter and salt
Add in the juice of ½ of a lemon and stir. Once it starts to bubble, remove the vegetables from your pan and turn off the heat.
