Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese

1 block of softened cream cheese
½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of diced jalapeno peppers, fresh or pickled
½ teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
8 slices of Sourdough bread
Mayonnaise
Butter or ghee
Preheat your stainless steel pan on medium low heat for a few minutes
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, onion powder, and garlic powder
Place mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread
Spread the cheese mixture on four slices of bread, topping with additional shredded cheddar cheese as desired
Add a little butter or ghee to the pan, and place the sandwich on the pan for 2-3 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted
